Interim Connection for Clients

Via Interim Connection you can quickly and comfortably find suitable candidates for temporary personnel gaps in your organisation. The process is not complicated: either you send us a project description and we will find suitable candidates, or you can use the online search to find candidates yourself.

In either case we will forward you resumes and daily rates of the candidates. After that you decide whether you want to invite one or more candidates for a personal interview.

The search and interviews are free of charge. Only when you decide to hire an interim professionals you pay a commission. The commission is included in the quoted daily rates.

We search for you

Contact us by telephone or via the contact form to inform us of your vacancy. From your information we will compile a requirements profile. We use this profile to identify the best matching candidates from our database. Within 48 hours we will send you the resumes the candidates for your consideration.

You search on our website

You can also search yourself on our website for a suitable candidate. Type one or more keywords in the search form and select candidates from the results. After you finished selecting the candidates, complete contact form with your contact details. Within 48 hours we report back to you with the availability and daily rates of the candidates you selected.

Selection Process

Interim Connection makes a selection of up to five candidates. We interview each candidate before he/she is introduced to a client. This interview guarantees that the candidate matches your requirements.

Contract

A contract is signed between your organization and Interim Connection after you decide to hire an interim manager. At the same time a contract is signed between Interim Connection and the interim manager. These contracts regulate the cooperation between client, the interm manager and Interim Connection.

    At the start of the project the exact requirements and planning are defined between the client and the interim professional. The interim professional evaluates during the project the progress, and reports this to the client.

    Costs

    The honorar of an interim professional is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the person involved. We gladly give you an cost estimation for your particular situation, please call us or contact us.

    You will receive an invoice for the actual days that the interim professional provided his/her services for you. It is possible to hire an interim professional for less than 5 days per week.

    Any expenses have to be pre-approved by you and are charged directly to you by the interim professional.

    Confidentiality

    All information entrusted to Interim Connection is kept confidential. All publications on our website are anonymous. Anonymity is only discontinued after consultation and with the permission of the persons concerned. You can read more about this topic in our Privacy Statement.

    Typical Case

  • Day 1: The corporate decision has been made to restructure the company. The manager of Plant X makes objections against the plans, and does not cooperate. You decide to replace the manager, but do not have a suitable internal candidate available. You place a project description on the Interim Connection website.
  • Day 2: You receive the resumes of three Interim Connection candidates. After review of the resumes you decide to invite two candidates for an interview.
  • Days 3-8: Candidates A and B are interviewed. Both are suited for the job, but candidate A has the added advantage that he has already experience with the exact same manufacturing process used in Plant X. You decide to give the assignment to candidate A.
  • Day 9: Candidate A starts as "Interim Plant Manager" of Plant X.
  • Three months later: The restructuring of Plant X has been successfully implemented. The interimmanager has deligated his responsibilities to the newly assigned Plant Manager. The interimmanager is relieved from his tasks.
